All products sold by Focused Hearts are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. Focused Hearts is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on the recipient's end.
SECTION 6 - NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us through our contact page and we will resolve it promptly.
